Brinky, smoky, and eaten at New Year to insure prosperity. crisp sautéed snow pea shoots and fried vegetable dumplings served at that critical moment of peak delicious heat. Salt fried pork chops tossed with chili peppers, offers a balance of spice that inspires the senses without being overpowering. Lobster and Cellophane noodles with fresh ginger, served in a clay pot. A subtle and satisfying dish. Much adored Peking Duck plump and non-fatty, served whole for all to share.
