Conditions While booking we ask for the names and number of people who will occupy the flat that must not be more than two per each flat. The guests are kindly asked to respect the peace of the neighbourhood avoiding loud music and television, noise, shouting etc.. Animals are not permitted. Use of kitchen requires an extra € 30. Acceptable arrival time: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You will be asked to leave your flat immediately and will be charged for the full length of booking if any of the conditions are not respected. Responsibility The manager is not responsible for valuables not put in the safe or not handed to the reception. Arrivals and departures On arrival you will be given your flat at the latest at 2 p.m., on departure you will have to leave by 11 a.m. . You can however leave your luggage in the nearby hotel where check-in check-out procedures take place. Caution money On arrival you will be asked a caution of € 100 for your key and cordless phone. This money will be returned on departure when keys and phone are given back. Departure before time You will be charged for the full length of booking Payment Has to be made by 12:00 a.m. the day after arrival. If payments are made in different currency than Euro the exchange rate will be inferior than that offered in banks. All main credit-cards are accepted passports will be kept until payments are made.
